about

"Mirror, Mirror" (2000) represents essentially the earliest produced electronic work of CTRLSHFT, primarily recorded live via sequenced drum machines/synths/guitar in to a 4-track 1/8" analog tape recorder w/ vocals overdubbed.

Even in it's noisy, prototypical state, many lyrical ideas and compositional aspects showcased in Mirror, Mirror can be traced to CTRLSHFT's more contemporary exploits to date.

PLEASE NOTE: While many efforts have been made to restore and modernize these recordings, due to the age and nature of the way this album was recorded audio quality may vary.
